The service

Rocket Padel (rocketpadel.ae) is the website of a community padel league in Dubai: schedule, game sign-ups, standings, ratings and match history. Using the site or playing in the league means you accept these terms.

Accounts and fair play

Accounts are personal — one per player, under your real playing name. Game results are recorded by the organisers and are final; ratings and standings are calculated automatically from them. Nicknames and results are public: that is what a league table is.

Games and payments

Court fees are announced per game in the schedule. On games with online payment, paying IS the registration: pressing Register & pay holds your spot for 15 minutes while you complete the payment on Ziina; if the payment doesn’t go through in that window, the spot is released. The amount charged is the game fee plus a 5% payment-processing fee & VAT — the same as our regular payment links.

No refunds — transfers instead

Online payments are not refunded. Instead, up to 24 hours before the start you can move your paid spot to any other upcoming game of your division with the same price and free spots — the Transfer button on the game page does it in one tap, free of charge, as many times as you need. Within the last 24 hours the spot is yours to use: transfers close because the line-up is being finalised. If we cancel a game (weather, court availability), your payment is moved to another game of your choice or kept as credit — message us and we’ll sort it out.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. When a spot frees up, the first player in line gets a 15-minute window to pay and take it; after that the window passes to the next player. Playing padel is at your own risk — play within your fitness and follow the club’s rules.
